02Cookies and browser storage explained

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website and sent back to the server with every following request.

Browser storage (local storage and session storage) is also space on your device, with one important difference: the data stays in your browser and is not sent to the server automatically. It is only read by the website's own code when needed.

Session storage is cleared automatically as soon as you close the browser tab or window.

03What this website uses today

The website runs on strictly necessary technical functionality. Specifically:

• Strictly necessary technical items: required to load pages, keep the site secure and make the contact form work.
• Campaign attribution values: if you arrive through a link carrying UTM parameters (or similar campaign identifiers), these are stored locally in your browser, together with the page an enquiry is sent from, so we know where an enquiry came from.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We do not build profiles and we do not follow your browsing on other websites.

04Purpose and legal basis

• Strictly necessary technical functionality: essential to deliver the service you request and, under applicable law, does not require consent.
• Campaign attribution values: stored in your browser so an enquiry can be attributed correctly. If you submit the form, these values accompany your enquiry and are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how you found us and handling enquiries properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

05Duration

Campaign attribution values are kept in your browser's session storage and are removed automatically when you close the tab or window.

For strictly necessary technical items, the duration follows the function they serve and is limited to what is needed for the site to work correctly and securely.

If you submit the contact form, retention of your enquiry data is described in our Privacy Policy.

06How to manage or delete this data

Because the website uses no optional analytics or marketing technologies, we do not show a consent banner or a cookie preference centre. Control sits directly in your browser:

• Your browser's privacy settings let you block or delete cookies and site data.
• Clearing browsing data also removes the site's browser storage entries.
• Using a private browsing window limits storage to that session.

Blocking strictly necessary items may affect how the website works, for example submitting the contact form.

07Third-party services

We do not embed advertising networks or third-party analytics tools in the website.

We do rely on providers that are necessary to operate, such as our website hosting provider, our contact management system (CRM) and our email service, in order to process the enquiries you send us. These providers are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you follow a link to an external website (for example a booking platform or a social network), that site's own cookie policy applies.

08Future changes

If we introduce optional analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where that is required, before activating them.
